I made a new tree. This time I made the tree based on the crystal properties that the customer was looking for rather than the color of the stones. We chatted a bit, discussed what she was looking for, and out came… a Healing Tree. (I think that’s what I shall call them :D)
That’s one of the things I love about the crystals and the stones. Not only are they pretty, but each stone has specific properties. People have been using them for healing all manner of things, since… well… forever.
Old school baby.
This one was sterling silver, clear quartz crystal, Amethyst, Black Spinel and Lapis Lazuli. Shipped that baby off to it’s new home yesterday. It’s going to like living there, I just know it.
Speaking of trees, you may or may not have noticed, I took down the ‘Custom Tree’ section. I’m still making them, I just quickly got more tree orders than I could keep up with, so I took the tree section down for a bit. Figured that was a better way to do it rather than have to just blow deadlines. That just sucks to do. No likey.
I’ve got one more healing tree and a Writer’s Tree to finish up and then I can get crankin’ again. I have so many new trees I want to make. More of these kind, and I reeeeally want to get some tree wrapped cabochons going too. I think a sterling silver tree on top of the new Lapis Lazuli stone I got will just rock mah world a bit. That’ll make a cool tree. I just know it.
